These terms apply when you use the SecureVoice website or purchase services from SecureVoice. A written quote, order confirmation or marketplace listing may add service-specific terms. If there is a conflict, the service-specific terms apply to that order.
SecureVoice provides private voice-server hosting, Mumble and VPS setup, security hardening, diagnostic assistance and related fixed-scope technical services. The exact scope, price and delivery estimate will be shown on the website, in a written quote or in the marketplace listing used for the order.
You must be legally able to enter into the agreement and must have permission to provide any server, account, domain or infrastructure access used for the work. Do not provide credentials or access belonging to another person or organisation without authority.
You must not use SecureVoice services for unlawful activity, harassment, abuse, malware, unauthorised access, spam or activity that infringes another person’s rights. We may refuse, suspend or end service when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, comply with law or protect service security.
Prices are those shown when you order or those agreed in writing. Managed hosting is billed annually where stated. Fixed-scope setup work is charged once unless otherwise agreed. Orders placed through Fiverr or another marketplace are also subject to that marketplace’s checkout and payment terms. Extra work will not be charged without agreement.
Provisioning and response times shown on the website are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing. Support is limited to the purchased scope and support period. Planned or emergency maintenance may occasionally affect availability.
If a managed service is not renewed, access may end when the paid period expires and service data may be deleted after 14 days, subject to applicable law and any specific written agreement. Cancellation and refund rights depend on the service, how it was purchased and your statutory rights. Marketplace purchases must also be managed through the relevant marketplace.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, how long we retain it and the service providers involved.
We take reasonable care to provide secure and reliable services, but no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. We will use reasonable care and skill when providing services and will address faults within the agreed scope.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or removes rights that consumers have under applicable law. Customers should avoid placing irreplaceable data on a service without an independent backup.
We may update these terms for future use of the website or future orders. Material changes will be dated on this page. Changes do not alter an already confirmed order unless agreed or required by law.
